STT-STJ CHAMBER TO ELECT OFFICERS, DIRECTORS

April 9, 2002 – The annual meeting of the St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce will be held at noon Friday, April 12, at The Pointe At Village Olga in Frenchtown.
Rene L. Sagebien, president and chief operating officer of Hovensa, L.L.C., will be the guest speaker.
Outgoing Chamber president John P. deJongh Jr. will present the annual report of the Chamber and the results of the ballot vote for the board of directors, said a release.
The direction of the St. Thomas-St. John Chamber is set by its board of directors with the primary objective of serving the best interest of its membership. At the annual meeting the composition of the board will be determined by the membership. A total of 21 positions will be filled, including president, first vice president-president elect, and directors.
The Chamber encourages members, guests and potential members to attend. Lunch will be served for a cost of $25. Call the Chamber at 776-0100 to R.S.V.P.
