POLICE IDENTIFY MAN KILLED BY MARKET SQUARE

April 2, 2002 – Police have identified the man killed on March 25 when a lone gunman opened fire on a crowded corner near Rothschild Francis "Market" Square.
He was 23-year-old Franciso "Frank" Donato.(See "Shots kill one, wound two near Market Square".) No address for Donato was given in the release sent out Tuesday.
Deputy Police Chief Theodore Carty asked that anyone with information about the shooting contact Sgt. Roberto Lima of the Major Crime Unit at 715-5546.
