SWAN SUCCEEDS HOLLAR AS FAMILY COURT JUDGE

Territorial Court on St. Thomas is undergoing a realignment this week.
Judge Brenda Hollar was transferred from Family Court to general litigation cases Wednesday, while Judge Ive Arlington Swan took over the Family Court assignment.
On Friday, Judge-designate Audrey Thomas-Francis will be sworn in , bringing a full complement to the bench. The other associate judges for the St. Thomas-St. John district are Rhys S. Hodge, who took office two weeks ago, and Ishmael Meyers.
Presiding Judge Maria Cabret is based on St. Croix. On June 1, Hollar became the administrative judge for the St. Thomas-St. John district, holding the position concurrently while completing her term in Family Court.
In addition to Cabret, the St. Croix court bench comprises associate judges Alphonso Andrews, Patricia Steele and Edgar D. Ross.
