The eastbound lane of the Waterfront will be closed to traffic from the Raadets Gade intersection to Down Island Traders from 5 to 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The Water and Power Authority will be upgrading a transformer bank, necessitating the cutoff of traffic.
Motorists are asked to choose an alternate route.
