POLICE ARREST SUSPECT IN THURSDAY'S HOMICIDE

Police have charged Aswa Mills of Temple Street #6 with first degree murder and possession of an unauthorized firearm in the shooting death of Boniface Clement, a native of Dominica.
Clement was found dead of a gunshot wound Thursday morning in front of 22-14 Contant.
Mills was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Thursday.
According to a release from Police Chief Jose Garcia, no bail has been set pending an advice-of-rights hearing in Territorial Court.
