DETOUR AT BOLONGO BAY ROAD WEDNESDAY

Motorists traveling on the Bolongo Bay Road on Wednesday are being asked to detour around the main road from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. while repairs are made to the severely damaged highway.
Public Works Commissioner Harold Thompson Jr. advised drivers traveling west to east to turn right at the bottom of Donkey Hill by the Tamarind tree and follow the "back road." Motorists traveling east to west are advised to make a left turn after the entrance to Watergate Villas and again use the "back road" detouring the construction area.
Thompson asked that alternative routes be used where possible. In a release from Government House, he apologized for any inconvenience caused by the road work.
