GOVERNOR DECLARES CURFEW

As Hurricane Lenny neared the Virgin Islands Gov. Charles W. Turnbull announced a curfew, to go into effect at 9 p.m. Tuesday and continue until further notice.
Rina McBrowne, public information officer for the governor, said Turnbull was working with AT&T to establish a 1-800 line for the media to obtain periodic recorded updates from the government.
