GOVERNOR NAMES THREE TO V.I. HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD

Gov. Charles W. Turnbull has nominated Fitzgerald H. Rowe, Julian R. Dawson and Herbert A.E. Grigg Sr. to serve on the board of the V.I. Housing Authority.
The three would serve three-year terms.
Rowe, from St. Thomas, is a former chairman of the Housing Authority board. He will succeed Winston S. Taylor.
Dawson, also of St. Thomas, will succeed Tyrone Davis. He is a retired vocational and special education teacher.
Grigg is from St. Croix. He has served as a coordination specialist, director of operation and director of management for the Housing Authority. He replaces Jane H. Schrader on the board.
The nominations have been forwarded to the Legislature for approval, according to a release from Government House.
