Ivy Williams, Cancryn Junior High School principal, reminds parents of all 8th grade students that final exams will begin on Friday, May 21, and will end on Wednesday, May 26.
Principal Williams has set a goal of 85-90% promotion for this school year. To achieve this, she suggests that parents do the following:
* Ensure that your children study for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours every day.
* Make sure that students get a good night's rest.
* Students should report to school on time daily.
* Exams will end at 12 noon. Students will not be allowed on the school's campus after 12 noon on exam days.
