Gov. Charles W. Turnbull's public announcement of his agreement with Jeffrey Prosser to exchange St. Croix land for retroactive pay will be postponed for a few days, government sources told the Source Saturday.
The governor's news conference had been schedule for Tuesday, April 6. The sources said a decision has been made to postpone until later in the week.
It's a complicated agreement, they said, and Government House needs a few more days to put the final touches on it.
