GROUP OFFERS HELP IN GRANT-WRITING FEB. 17

The Law Enforcement Planning Commission is seeking proposals for programs designed to stem juvenile delinquency — and it's offering guidance in writing those proposals.
The meeting on grant-writing will be held Feb. 17 at the Education Department's teleconferencing center on St. Thomas and St. Croix. Call Flemon Lewis at 774-6400 for details, including time.
Proposals for the delinquency-prevention grants can come from private, non-profit organizations or V.I. government agencies.
