The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has announced the Turtle Watch Education Program will resume for the 2013 leatherback sea turtle (Dermochelys coriacea) nesting season at Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge.

 Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge will be closed to the public from Monday, April 1 through Friday, Aug. 30.

 Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve, located on St. Croix, will have new hours for its Visitor Contact Center at Salt River Bay above Columbus Landing.

 Christiansted National Historic Site located on St. Croix will be closing its parking lot at 3:30 p.m. every day of the week, beginning Sunday, March 10, which will continue until further notice.
