Senate Passes Court, Elections Unification

The full Senate voted Wednesday to restructure sections of the V.I. government, moving toward a unitary elections board and a more unitary administration of the Supreme Court and Superior Court.

New Gun Law: Register Guns at Port of Entry

Anyone bringing a firearm into the territory will be required by law to immediately register it with the V.I. government at the port of entry. Failure to register will be a felony, as it is now.

Current Version of GED Exam Set to Expire at End of 2013

 WTJX and GED Testing Centers encourage people to take the GED test before 2013 deadlines. The current version, known as the 2002 Series GED test, will be replaced with the new 2014 GED test on Jan. 2, 2014.
