 The U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) invited a select group of approximately 2,550 young men and women from around the nation and abroad to attend the Naval Academy Summer Seminar program this year. Chasen A.D. Richards, a student at the St. Croix Educational Complex on St. Croix, will participate in this year’s 2013 summer seminar program.

 Mary Raissi Stewart is not your typical 93 year-old. The long time educator is more active than most people 20 years younger. She still visits St Croix twice a year, a place where she spent most of her five-decade teaching career and played an integral role in the founding of the St. Croix campus of the College of the Virgin Islands.
