Special travel arrangements are available for reggae fans on St. Croix and in the British Virgin Islands who would like to attend the Beres Hammond concert on Saturday, March 3, at the Reichhold Center for the Arts on St. Thomas.

The 13th annual territorywide Caribbean Colour fine art exhibition will open on Sunday, Feb. 4, for a week's run in a location where the arts flourish year-round - Pistarckle Theater in Tillett Gardens on St. Thomas.
