The Virgin Islands National Guard Association Inc (VINGA) will present a scholarship and a laptop to two deserving students. The association will present a $1,000 scholarship to Danika Moving Sweeney, who is a recent graduate of the St. Croix Central High School. Kristopher Fabio, also a Central High graduate, will receive a laptop.
