The Gillette West Is Best Triathlon will start with a 600-yard swim, followed by an 11-mile bike and a 3-mile run. There will also be a Try-a-Tri distance of a 250-yard swim, 7.5-mile bike and 1.5-mile run. Two and three-person relay teams may also compete in both distances. The courses are flat, fast and fun and a perfect way to start the season. All participants are asked to be at the race site by 6 a.m.
