A Matter of Balance Class Begins for Seniors

The St. Croix Senior Collaborative offers two free classes entitled A Matter of Balance. The classes help seniors learn how to prevent falling and how to get over concerns about falling. Pre-registration is required because there is a limit of 12 people per class. This class will be held for four weeks on Mondays and Thursdays beginning today.
