On Thursday, April 25, the St. Thomas community was enjoying J'Ouvert when the celebration was shattered by gunshots which injured three people. Public safety officials immediately canceled the remainder of J'Ouvert.

This is advertising an interest in filling vacant position of Governor, 2014 United States Virgin Islands. Have tremendous experience in politics and interactive behaviors. Realize that Governors are leaders in their state/territories’ administrations but are representatives of and for the people. Available for a four (4) year term and upon exhibited success will seek reelection to another four years. Providing access and respect for position of Governor and respect for the people. Personal visions of future Virgin Islands will incorporate the visions of the majority of this community and guaranteeing promises to pursue infrastructure, community needs and people needs and improvements. Will place their needs prioritized before economics, industry, corporations and education pursuits; and, will emphasize small successes as the fetus of large successes such as fixing potholes, stripe painting streets appropriately, cleaning environment and streets and enforcing laws with passion and compassion in earning respect of the people served. Party politics is killing the people as parties’ politicians black/white, liberal/conservatives, and etcetera and their outcries are represented at a higher volume than the people of the United States, “We the people…” must prevail.
