Detectives on St. Croix have issued a wanted poster for Joseph Woodfolk, who they seek in connection with a second-degree burglary, forcible and unlawful entry and trespass that took place Thursday at Cottages by the Sea.
Woodfolk, also known as "JW," is originally from Ohio and frequents Estate La Grange and Frederiksted Town. He is 36 years old, has a dark complexion, is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 168 pounds.
Police asked the community to call them if they know the whereabouts of the suspect or have any information about the crime. Anyone who sees Woodfolk or knows where he has been can call detectives at 1-340-712-6077 or 1-340-712-6037. They can also call the 911 emergency center or the anonymous tip service, Crimes Stoppers USVI, at 1-800-222-8477. Informants also can text “USVI” plus their message to CRIMES or 274637.
