VITRAN Bus Service Suspended on Halloween After 5 p.m.

VITRAN’s fixed route bus service will be suspended at 5 p.m. on St. Thomas and St. Croix on Friday, Oct. 31, because of Halloween, according to a press release issued on Thursday by the Department of Public Works. In the past years the buses have been vandalized during the night hours on both islands. In an effort to maintain the safety of the passengers and the new buses, service will be suspended.
The ADA Paratransit System will operate as normal.
