The committee will meet to receive testimony and discuss the selection of uniform address for the Virgin Islands and the production of a data-layer for portable GPS units to allow first-line emergency responders to efficiently find their way to any location in the Virgin Islands for the purpose of protection of life and property. Following the discussion, the committee will receive testimony on the following bills:
Bill No. 28-0134 – An Act authorizing the PFA to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the University of the Virgin Islands and the St. Croix Career and Technical Education Center concerning the management and operations of the Kings Alley Hotel
Bill No. 28-0194 – An Act honoring and commending Brigadier General Charles F. Blair posthumously, and naming the Seaplane Terminal on St. Thomas ‘The Charles Blair Seaplane Terminal.’
Bill No. 28-0204 – An Act amending Title 29 V.I.C., chapter 19, relating to the Enterprise Zone Beneficiaries and amending Title 27 V.I.C., section 304, relating to licensure of business

To address the findings “regarding the repairs, renovations and improvements using public funds at the private residence of Governor John P. deJongh Jr.” and all possible legislative remedies to this matter.
