Henderson School Swears In Student Patrol

 

Alexander Henderson Elementary School will swear-in 20 students as school patrols during a ceremony scheduled for 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 3,in the school auditorium. The theme for the ceremony is “Preparing Our Youths to Become Tomorrow’s Leaders.”
“These students have dedicated their lunchtime to assist with the supervision of their peers,” Principal Debra Abel said.  “As a result, these students are being taught at an early age the value of volunteerism.”
Several sixth grade students are also scheduled to begin training at the school on Jan. 28 for CPR certification, according to Abel.
