Andrew Edwards, known to his friends as "Maskatell" or "Ickee", of #11 Estate Rattan, died Saturday April 7. He was 102.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 18th at Holy Cross Catholic Church, with a viewing beginning at 10 a.m. Cremation will take place in Puerto Rico.
He is survived by his daughters, Almeade Lawrence, Dolorita Davis, Ianthe Danielson, Florabelle, Delores and Yvette Edwards; sons, Ashmore, Augustine, Wilmot and Enrique Edwards Sr.; special grandchildren, Raymond and Roger Hector, his caretakers for the past few years; 36 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Martha, Gladys, Jo'Ann and Nancy Edwards; sons-in-law, Nehemiah Hector and Ohanio Lawrence; special friends, Dolorita Massiah, Ricardo Graham, Ms. Holland, Alphonso Marshall, Charles Farrell, Rosemary James and Reginald O'Donoghue; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
