DOREEN ‘RITA' BARNES SERVICES TUESDAY

Doreen Areta Banes, known to her friends as "Rita," of Ralph DeChabert Community, died Monday, March 12 at her home. She was 64.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 20 at the Church of God of Prophecy in Richmond, with a viewing beginning at 10 a.m.
Interment will follow at the Kingshill Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Pauline Audain, Jacqueline Barnes, Yvette Barnes, and Lynette Barnes; sons, Franklin "Thunder" Audain, Glen "Menya" Audain, and Bernard Barnes Jr.; grandchildren, Kai Javois, Kisha James, Gillisha, and Gilana Williams, Shawne Swanston, Chanice, Troy, and Virohn Morgan, Bernard, Jevon, and Jerod Barnes; sisters, Violet Audain and Venetta Audain; brothers, Wilfred, Basil, Donald, Victor, and Leighton Audain; nieces, Beverly Frederick, Sandra, Julie, Debbie, Wendy, and Karen Audain; nephews, Shawn Fredericks, Jerry Fredericks, Victor Steve, Verne Audain, Ray Audain, and Anthony Audain; aunts, Edna Slack and Ruby Slack; daughter-in-law, Pamela Hurt; son-in-law, Glenroy Swanston; sisters-in-law, Helen Audain, Violet Sutton, Jane Bolling, Iris Wilson, Beryl Bolling-Sergent, and Roselyn Griffith; brothers-in-law, Lionel, Vernon, Dennis Rupert, and Milton Barnes; special friend, Ruth Parris; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of James Memorial Funeral Home.
