ILMA VIOLA BALLANTINE SERVICES SATURDAY

Ilma Viola Ballantine of Est. Calquohoun, died Sunday, Jan. 21 at Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 75.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 at Friedensfeld Moravian Church, Midland. A viewing will begin at 9 a.m.
Interment will follow at Christiansted Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Natalie Ballantine, Judith Ballantine, Rachael Ballantine, and Yvette Phillips; sons, Henrique King, Gregory, Derrick, and James Ballentine, Jr.; step-children, Demaris and Warren Ballentine; adopted children, Luther Edwards, Martha Edwards, and Betty Jean Baucom; 33 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; sister, Beryl Freeman; brothers, Eric Thomas and Clifford Roach; aunt, Alice Robinson; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She is also survived by sister-in-law, Lois Thomas; daughters-in-law, Lynette Ballantine and Maria "Terry" Ballantine; son-in-law, Ronald Phillips; cousins, Albert and Maria Schuster and Josephine Hector; special friends, the Rev. Evadney Newton Elwin, Veronica Lambrecht, Agatha Joseph, and Dorothy Fawkes Robinson; godchildren, Wendell Parris and Edwardo Williams; godsister, Gertalyn Sibilly; and many more friends and relatives.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of James Memorial Funeral Home.
