Yolette Yolanda Douglas Dies

Yolette Yolanda Douglas Yolette Yolanda Douglas died on April 30.
She is survived by her mother, Helen Generlette; daughters: Shavern Douglas and Shaquille Douglas; son, Calvin Douglas; brothers: Frederick Douglas, Earl Duggins, Maurice Douglas and Steve Adams; sisters: Kathleen Douglas, Valerie Douglas, Cynthia Hodge, Gwenneth Weekes and Sonia Mitchell; aunt, Ermine Roumou; and nieces: Donica Carr, Deniqua Weekes, Shawlene Dowdy, Chandrika Moore, Camoya Mitchell, Chanelle Mitchell, Maheeda Mitchell, Vincia Douglas, Siejah Mike, Sacheen Douglas and Theresia Irish.
She is also survived by nephews: Geraldo Weekes, Glenroy Weekes, Lydell Mitchell, Livnell Mitchell, Justin Mitchell, Matthew Mitchell, Denver Mike and Curtis Douglas; cousins: too numerous to mention; special friends: Olga Nieves, Sonia Nanton, Doreen Cummings, Dorette Maynard, Marley Mason, Helena Jeffers, Bernie Benjamin, Diana Dixon, Shameka, Alexis Browne, Keith Mills, the staff of Buccaneer Hotel and other friends too numerous to mention; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m. Friday, May 6, at Divine Funeral Service Chapel.
A second viewing will be held at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., Monday, May 9, at St. Luke’s A.M.E. Church, 28 Estate Grove Place. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
