Carmen Luz Camacho Dies at 66

Carmen Luz Camacho Carmen Luz Camacho of Estate Williams Delight died on Sept. 18. She was 66 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Efrain Camacho Sr.
She is survived by her sons: Efrain Camacho Jr., Gilberto Camacho and Julio Camacho; brothers: Eduardo Rivera and Angel Rivera; grandchildren: Michael, Frankie, Chavorn, Khalid, Kishawn, Shandra and Naeema Camacho; great-grandchildren: Maleeyah, Jhalia, Khalia and Aleeyah Camacho; special daughter, Eva Martinez Gonzalez; daughters-in-law: Luz N. Camacho and Rosa Camacho; and close nieces: Rosa Rivera Estier and Marie Gautier-Henneman.
She is also survived by nieces and nephews too numerous to mention; relatives: the Camacho family, the Rivera family and the Gautier family; close friends: Glenice Thomas, Maritza Felix, Carmin Perez, Henna Roebuck, Lucy Thurland, Diana, Brunilda Acevedo, Denise Toussaint (Clara), Maria Alvarado, and Mr. and Mrs. Laurincin; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at James Memorial Funeral Home. The second viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
