Ernest Jalim Dies at 50

Ernest Jalim, also known as "John” or “Wanted," of Estate Calquohoun died on July 14. He was 50 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Philippa Joseph; father, Jerome Daniel; daughters: Mekaj and Rochelle Jalim; sons: Ernest "Babito" Jr., Rohan and Joshua Jalim; sisters: Diane Jalim, Rachel Gilbert-Stanley and Julianna Daniel; brothers: Norbert and Sylvester Gilbert, and Ricky and Elvis Daniel; nieces: Rochelle, Sylina, Sy’Nia and Alina Gilbert, Juliana, Joanna, Joanne Harris, Camaira Ryner, and Carty and Carol Francois; and nephews: Curtis Ryner Jr., Rashawn Ryner, Jeremiah Gilbert and Jaydin Gilbert, Anthony Edward, Olrick and Julian Harris, Johannes Francois, and Sykoi, Emmanuel and Andris Gilbert.
Other survivors include great nephews: Alijah Ferrance, and Elijah, Anthony and Dwayne Edward; aunt, Margie Jordan; uncles: John "Steve" Jordan, and Harris, Peter and Clifton Jordan; great niece, Cattalyna Francois; brother-in-law, Oral Stanley; sister-in-law, Zoe Gilbert; special friends: Alphonsus Emmanuel, Trevor Herbert, Shavonne Parrilla and Juanita Garcia; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
