Verlie Vanessa Benjamin, also known as "M-N-M," of Estate Concordia died on Dec. 3, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
She is survived by her father, James Benjamin; daughter, Vanessa Adams; sons: Kirk Benjamin and Kevon Benjamin; grandchildren: Reh’ Nessa Adams (Mama) and Ceh’ Nessa Douglas (Fatty Bom-Bom); sisters-in-law: Ester Walwyn and Antonite Walwyn; brothers: Greg Benjamin, Dr. Celvin Walwyn, Stedroy Walwyn and Eugeen Walwyn; nieces: Barbara Williams, Kemimona Williams, Tikisha Walwyn, Tonisha Walwyn and Tashana Walwyn; nephews: Clem Williams, Eugeen Walwyn Jr., Esmond Walwyn, Dr. Emron Walwyn, Calton Merchant and Ericson Walwyn; aunts: Priscilla Stanley, Nabria Hodge, Claudette Walwyn and Ivey Walwyn; uncles: Trevor Walwyn, Inel Walwyn, Pastor Spencer Walwyn and Clinton Walwyn; special cousin, Tony; special friends: Debra Boudureeitra, Dale Petrus, Wilfred James, Randy Haile Jr., Herbert Davis, Deniece Jackson, Marsha, Monica Brown, Kelah, Dave James, Gloria, Mizelle Bastian and Jennifer; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, at the Faith Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will follow at the Kingshill Cemetery.
