Victor E. Noel Dead at 87

Victor E. Noel, also known as "Daddy” or “Victor Daddy,” of Estate Peter’s Rest died on Friday, March 26. He was 87 years old.

He is survived by his daughters: Gemma Noel-Soogrim, Velma Noel Cruz-Drew, Veda Noel-Lawrence, Jennifer Noel Parris-Clarke, Diane Noel-Muhammad and Cheryl Noel-Willocks; son, Wayne S. Noel; frandchildren: Felicia Henry, Malushua Jordon-Parker, Karim Jordon, Roberto, Angelino and Juan-Enrique Cruz, Marcela Cruz de Schjang, Alberto Pickering, Angelita Cruz-Tuitt, Damion and Mapleton Lawrence Jr., Jenella, Kevin and Ray Parris Jr., Raynessa Parris-Robertson, Sharifah Jackson, Amatullah, Asmahan and Adilah Muhammad, Tyhae and Lae-Thea Willocks, Gregoreese Willocks-Gonzales, Justin and Ayanna Noel; and great-grandchildren: Tre and Tori Thomas, Alicia, Tahir and Tahirah Jordon, Alicia and Clavis Browne Jr., Alex Cleveland, Jamal, Marcelina, Anique, Antonio, Anita, Ahyann and Marcello Cruz, Dave II, Dylon and Yllyse Schjang, Jusenia and Yasmin Tuitt, Jason Tuitt Jr., Ashante, Kianna and Ayanne Lawrence, Jahmalie, Yasin, Kadir, Rayhanna, Vashti and Kevin Eli Parris, Antenisha Zamis, Shenice and Adrian Robertson, Alana Ferris, Jaden Gonzalez, Tsunalia Blyden, Jahazara Pinkney and Ameerah Saunders. He is also survived by sons-in-law: Lincoln Drew, Mapleton Lawrence Sr. and Darwin Clarke; sister: Hilda Noel; brother, Edmond Noel; niece: Eleanor Paula Noel; nephews: Kenrick Noel and Carl Noel; great nephew, Devonta Ellington; special freinds: the McNamara family, Pamela Turner and family, Benjamin Parrilla and family, Grace Thomas and family, Tibbs and family, Randy Jermaine, Judge Raymond Finch, Cecil Smith and family, Audrey and Clarendon Smith and family, Florence Smith-Thomas, Delegate to Congress Donna M. Christensen, Rae Armstrong, Jackie and Vincent Peterson and family, Gloria Carlos and family, Senator John Bell, Senator Alicia Hansen, Joyce Bowry, Senator David Jones, Barbara Gibbs, Senator Aldelbert Bryan, Senator Neville James, Renholdt Jackson Jr. and family, former Lt. Gov. There will be a viewing held at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 12, at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
