Innovative Cable TV Advises of Pay-Per-View Event Ordering Process

Innovative Cable TV advises subscribers who are interested in ordering Pay-Per-View services, that a temporary ordering procedure will be in place effective Sept. 13 through Sept. 14, to facilitate the conversion to Innovative’s new billing and operating system.
Customers interested in ordering any Pay-Per-View event, should call 778-2829 to speak to a customer care representative. This ordering process is in effect for customers also interested in ordering the Julio Chavez Jr. vs. Cesar Martinez World Middleweight Championship boxing event on Channel 401, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15.
Innovative Cable TV apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause its viewers.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. Customers using wireless phones can reach the repair center at 778-1742. Please have available the telephone number, account number, address, description of problems and brief directions. For assistance, Innovative PowerNet customers should call 714-3700. Innovative customers may also report a service problem online by logging on to www.innovativevi.net clicking on the “Contact Us” button at the top right of the home page and selecting “Repair Center” as the subject in the “Submit An Inquiry” section. Customers may also e-mail their report directly to the following address: svcupdt1@innovativevi.net.
