DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP OPEN SESSION

March 13, 2002 – Reginald Jones, an attorney and former EEOC commissioner, and Carmelo Rivera, former V.I. Commissioner of Labor, will conduct a free diversity management open session for invited local officials, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Regional Office employees and human resources professionals Saturday, March 16, at 9:30 a.m.
The open session, sponsored by Wyatt as a community involvement program, will be held at the Buccaneer Hotel. It will end at 2 p.m., and lunch will be served.

Jones is on St. Croix to conduct management sessions for personnel of Wyatt VI Inc., where Rivera is human resources consultant.
Jones, presently with legal firm Ogletree Deakins following his EEOC service during the Clinton administration, has extensive experience through an earlier position of counsel to the U.S. Senate committee responsible for enacting significant legislation, specifically the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.
