CCT Presents “Crimes of the Heart”

The Caribbean Community Center opens its 27th season with “Crimes of the Heart,” a Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Beth Henley. There will be a total of seven performances over three weekends: Nov. 4-5, 11-12 and 18-19, on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. There will be a Sunday matinéeat 4 p.m. on Nov. 13, at the Caribbean Community Theatre at No. 18 Estate Orange Grove in Christiansted, St. Croix.
This tragicomedy is directed by Christine Thomas. Cast members include Tyler Jowaisas, Michelle Miller, Patrick O’Laughlin, Misty Seibert, Cindy Smith and Heather Weiler.
Tickets are sold at the box office at CCT prior to each performance: $20 for adults; $18 for senior citizens (age 65+); $15 for college students with ID; and $10 for students/children under age 18. No reservations are being accepted for this show. Box office opens for ticket sales at 7:15 p.m. on show nights, and at 3:15 p.m. for the Sunday matinée. Arrive early for best seating. This show is not recommended for children under age 13.
The performances are supported by a grant from the Virgin Islands Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, D.C.
