The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) advises St. Croix residents that its Williams Delight office is no longer open due to severe damage from Hurricane Maria. The offices have temporarily been relocated to the Anguilla Wastewater Treatment Facility. The staff can now be reached at 715-9188 or email communications@viwma.com
