U.S.V.I. Economic Authority to Hold Public Hearings May 18

All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with the Virgin Islands Code, a public hearing for the V.I. Economic Development Commission (VIEDC) will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 18, at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, 2nd floor., Suite No. 620, St.  Thomas, via video conference feed to William D. Roebuck Industrial Park at No. 4 Negro Bay, Building No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, on an application from the following business:

Type: (Employment Waiver) – DSB* Investment Management and Advisory Service

Notice of Governing Board Meetings

All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with the V.I. Code a decision meeting for the U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA) and its subsidiary entities will be held on Thursday, May 18. The VIEDC decision meeting will be held on applications for tax incentive benefits for:

AAC-Air Ambulance Caribbean Inc. d/b/a Aero MD

Carambola Zip Line LLC

DASREP LLC

Tramway Properties Inc.

 V.I. Joint Venture and

Sugar Bay Club and Resort Corp

Secret Harbour Beach Associates LLP

ProTouch Communications LLC

Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham Inc.

A VIEDC decision meeting will also be held to resolve compliance matters relating to Real Impact Corporation and White Bay Group USVI LLP, beneficiaries of the Economic Development Program; and Healthquest LLC. A decision meeting of the Economic Development Bank and the Economic Development Park Corporation will also be held.

The decision meeting will begin immediately following the first VIEDC public hearing.

The public is advised that the USVIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings.
