Board of Education Advises Public of Deadline for Financial Aid Applications

The Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) reminds the public of an upcoming financial aid application deadline. The board is offering territorial awards, scholarships, grants, and assistance for government employees, such as the Morris F. de Castro Fellowship.

All applications must be submitted no later than 5 p.m., Friday, May 5. New and returning applicants are encouraged to visit the VIBE Web site at www.myviboe.com, create a user account, and apply via the financial aid webform.

Persons requiring assistance with the webform are asked to contact the VIBE Office for assistance. Paper applications are also available at both the St. Croix and St. Thomas office locations.
