Chrisita A. Milligan, also known as “Chris,” died on March 30.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Ione Franklin; and father, Uralta Milligan.
She is survived by her daughter, Alexis Brodhurst; grandchild, Alyssa Mitcham; great-granddaughters: Bria Mitcham and Patricia Foster; brother-in-law, Myron Samuel; sisters: Susan Milligan-Samuel, Barbara Milligan and Nolia Milligan; aunt, Sylvia Heileyger-Franklin; uncle, Alphonso Franklin; nieces: Morgan and Kendall Samuel; and nephews: Mark Samuel and Myron Samuel Jr.
She is also survived by cousins: Natalie Franklin, Debra Franklin, Blaise Franklin, John Franklin, George Franklin, Alvin Milligan, Loretta Belardo and others too numerous to mention; special friends: the Jonas family, Janine Laurent and family, St. Patrick’s classmates and her many co-workers at Social Security; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 7, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
